Sponsorship Promotion for the Louisburg, Kansas Community Website

The Louisburg Community Website has become the top-ranked site on the Internet for information about Louisburg and about Miami County. This means that if you want to attract customers or clients, this is the place to be. The site has achieved the ranking on the basis of the volunteer efforts of the webmaster and sponsors, John and Connie Cleek. In order to expand the website and give Louisburg and Miami County businesses and organizations even greater visibility, we are establishing a sponsorship program. Compared with other forms of advertising the prices are unbelievably low. All businesses and organizations in the area will be given an opportunity to be a part of the Directory and/or to purchase banner advertising.

Directory Listing

Basic Directory Listing: There is no charge for a Basic Directory listing. A basic listing will be in the website standard font and colors with Business Name, physical address, website, email address and telephone number. This listing would be comparable to a white pages listing in the phone directory.

Business Directory Upgrade: Introductory Rate (good through December 31, 2010): $14/month; $168/year; Standard Rate (effective January 1, 2011 and following: $18/month; $216/year. A Directory Upgrade includes the Basic Listing plus inclusion of your business logo, selection of font and background colors and up to four contact names, email addresses, and phone numbers. You will also be able to identify your areas of specialty.

Introductory Rates will apply for the life of the initial contract. E.G., a three year contract would be at the introductory rate and would be billed annually. Renewal contracts would be at the standard rate in effect at the time of the renewal.

Note: A business may be listed in more than one category. If you desire multiple listings, the second and subsequent listings with be billed at 50% of the charge for the first listing.

Directory Banner Advertising

Banner ads typically display a graphic with text in the form of a banner promoting your business or service. You will be identified as a Page Sponsor and hold a prominent position on the page. Size and location are negotiated depending on your needs. We can use your banner ad, or we can design one for you at a small one-time charge. The number of banner ads on any page will be limited to maintain an appropriate "look and feel". Prices for banner ads start at $30/month.
Featured Real Estate Listing Post your real estate listing on the Featured Listing Page. Size, style and layout similar to currentlistings on Featured Listings Page. Featured listings run $30 for the first month; $50 for two months; plus $10 for each additional month or fraction thereof. Listings are payable in advance. Page Sponsors and Site Sponsors receive a discounted price for featured listings paying 50% of the normal rate, i.e., $15 for the first month; $25 for two months; plus $5 for each additional month or fraction thereof.

Site Sponsor

 Site Sponsorships can be reserved for a minimum period of 3 months. Site Sponsors will have a banner on the landing page. Site Sponsor Rates: The three month contract rate is $60/month. The twelve month contract rate is $50/month. Site sponsors will also receive a free basic business directory listing.

Business Contact Webpage

Whether or not you have your own business website and domain name, you may desire a more visible presence on the Louisburg Community Website. This can be achieved by means of an informational webpage designed, maintained, and hosted on our Community Website Server. This would be a display ad on its own page rather than a banner ad on a page shared with other banner ads and community information. This informational webpage will be linked from your listing in the Louisburg Business Directory and can be used as a gateway linked to your own freestanding website.

Your Informational Webpage will have a unique URL which you may use in your business promotional materials. It will look something like: http://louisburgks.net/yourbusiness.html.

How Much Does It Cost? - An Informational Webpage involves a minimum initial setup charge of $360* plus a hosting charge of $420 per year. (This service is only available with a minimum 12 month contract.) The hosting charge includes four free edits per year should you wish to change your message or product offering or make changes to the contact information. A complete re-design of the 'look and feel' of your webpage may involve a negotiated setup charge depending on the extent of the changes requested.

*A written estimate of cost will be provided before any work is done. The actual setup charge will depend on the amount of time and research involved.
